When I consider how we work together, what strikes me is how frequently it is the things that do not call attention that impact far more than we recognise:
- stereotypes ,
- personal preferences in the way we work with others,
- beliefs so firmly established we no longer recognise they exist, yet alone question,
- presumptions that may or may not have exceeded their use-by-date, and
- lack of common focus ...
So here are some thoughts of what strikes me as good, odd or otherwise - a place to consider a matter and seek comment in return.
